WHAT IS ALL STAR CHEERLEADING?

All star cheerleading is one of the fastest growing competitive sports in Canada.  Athletes are not association with a specific school and do not cheer for any other sports teams; they train and compete for themselves and their club.

Competitive cheerleaders work hard in the gym to perfect skills in stunting, tumbling, jumps, motions and dance, all of which form part of exciting routines which they perform at a variety of competitions.

WHAT IS ALL STAR DANCE?

Like All Star Cheerleading, All-Star Dance is a competitive sport that is not associated with a specific school or dance studio.  They also train and compete for themselves and their club.                         

Competitive dancers work hard to perfect skills in jumps, kicks, turns, leaps and dance choreography to create exciting routines which they perform at various competitions.       

In addition to cheer and dance related skills, athletes will learn many life skills and lessons such as time management, responsibility, respect, integrity, commitment, goal setting and so on – all of which will serve them well as they grow and mature. 

All Star Cheer and Dance teams are TEAM sports, meaning EVERY member is important and crucial to the success of the whole group. Athletes work hard, have fun and build confidence and pride in themselves and their team!
