PCE is owned and operated by Kim HOULE - former Head Coach and program builder of the powerhouse Harry Ainlay Titan Cheer Program! Kim has also made an impact in cheerleading as the Alberta Cheerleading Association Coaches Certification Program Director and a past member of the Executive.

PCE's Cheer Directors are Chelsey HARRIS & Cristela D'ELIA - former star athletes of the Titan Program. Chelsey is a former coach of the elite D.S. Mackenzie Junior High School Cheer Team and went on to continue the tradition of excellence, coaching at Harry Ainlay for three years before joining the PCE Staff.  Cristela continued her cheer career as an athlete for Alberta Cheer Empire and the Power CHeer Calgary Pythons, all while doing a great job as the Alberta Cheerleading Association's Judging Director!

PCE's Dance Director is Cheryl HOSKIN - also a former star athlete of the Titan Program! Cheryl comes with extensive backgrounds in dance from Sandra Gray's Studio in Edmonton and cheer from Harry Ainlay, the University of Alberta and Alberta Cheer Empire.
